These sessions cover all aspects of emergency awareness requirements for wardens (ECO Teams).  Including wardens duties, heirarchy and decision making processes. The sessions are delivered via hosted videos which will be accessed through the Lungela website and do not require specific software downloads.
 
This is a flat rate, one time offer, to assist premises in recovering from post Covid-19 enforced workplace reductions and absences, as well as targeting the new normal of reduced or rotational workplace attendance.

The intent of this program is to upskill whole premises with a view to creating emergency warden coverage to address rotational rostering, hot-desking and reduced workforce or bubble/team attendance. We ask that any requirements outside of this model be communicated accordingly directly with us, and we are very prepared to discuss further options or alternative models which may be more relevant to your organisation.
This offer is a per building/premise offer for commercial entities – standard warden training sessions only.
Healthcare and Education Facilities are not included in this offer,. Please contact us to discuss if you require urgent assistance within these industries.
Training to be delivered on-line only, via Lungela’s existing suite of V-learning courses. Participants will be given a two week window to complete their courses. They can enter as many times as required within the period to complete their modules.
Offer is capped at a maximum of 2000 persons per premise. Please contact us if you require greater numbers, so we may accommodate the specific technical allowances required.
The one-time payment from you will be required to clear before activation.
Manual payment, including purchase order and invoice, is available as a choice at time of checkout.
At time of payment, you will need to nominate your preferred two week training window.
You will be the lead. We supply a group (single) password, template message and course link after payment. You will need to send this to all your participants.
Training reports are available for purchase at time of payment, however are not supplied as part of this offer. You can request a summary training report from us at time of payment, otherwise, please keep your own records on who attends.
The training covers you for half of the usual annual compliance requirements. It does cover all aspects of warden training and staff awareness required for 6 months, but annual compliance is measured over two activities per year plus one practical exercise (drill).
