HOW THIS WORKS (...and other information)

First up, be sure to check out our "Subscription" page (Coming Soon).  You will find that our offering of suggested plans, contain all of the sessions shown above, and with significant savings when purchased as part of subscription plan. You can subscribe as an individual or subscribe a whole site. Either way, we got you covered.

Right, now that the housekeeping is out of the way, let's get into it...

​

• All of the products above can be purchased individually or as a “pack" – which works out way cheaper. Please understand, you are purchasing a pay per person view via a link with a one week window to view.

​

• The packs tell you exactly what they are to help you choose the right one.  Basically, if you are looking for compliance these are the way to go. So, it’s as easy as choose your pack, then choose how many people you need it to train. It's that simple!

​

• Every compliance pack includes instruction and supporting documentation to perform your own emergency exercise (you may know these as "drills").

​

• Add your chosen pack to your cart, then make your payment. We take credit cards and yes, even PayPal!  Hey don’t worry though, if you need an invoice to make a payment. Or if you need to supply a Purchase Order. We can do that. EASY. Just choose the "Manual Payment" option, and we’ll do the rest.

​

• Once your purchase is complete, you will be asked to provide the names of the people you wish to receive the links to watch our videos. Afterwards, you or your nominated person will receive a full report detailing everyone’s completion of the training. This serves as the old school training report, which proves compliance. So keep it in a safe place with all your other emergency management documents!! Oh, and of course, your people’s data is safe with us. You can view the technical stuff under the “privacy” tab of our website.

• Lungela’s training is proudly different. Participants are not required to attend a classroom to complete it. They are required to watch all of the videos in their pack.  Good news though, they can do this at any time that suits them.

 

• Your compliance packs cover you for 12 months.  An email containing a link will be sent to all participants for the first round of training as nominated at the time of purchase (Training Date).  This will be followed by an invite six months later, which is your 6 monthly "skills retention activity", a compliance requirement.  If you have names that need to be changed, or added, don't worry, we'll send the nominated person a reminder first, so there will be plenty of time to make sure no one is left out.

Before you purchase, please have the following ready:

• The Person Nominated for The Training Report (and their details)

• Names of People to be Trained

• Email Addresses of People to be Trained

• A Date for Training to Commence (links are active for 1 week from provided date)
